Facility Rental Options and Prices

The Facility at Center Point is available to rent for Weddings and other special events.  Our Sanctuary seats 325 +/-.  We have a fully functional nursery with sleeping and play areas.  There are multiple rooms available for changing and staging.  Our sound system comes with a trained technician.  There is a 2nd story window area that provides arial photo/video options.  We have a full commercial kitchen and a gymnasium/fellowship hall that seats upwards of 180 people +/-.  

We are located just outside of the City proper with ample parking spaces.  We are within 1/4 mile from Castle Farms a popular spot for weddings and receptions.  If one is looking for a church wedding and needing a larger reception area, our church is good option to consider.

Sanctuary

 

The Sanctuary is fully configurable with padded chairs that can arranged specifically as needed to suite individual needs.



Seating capacity is upwards of 325 people with a center 50' center isle.



Rates for Sanctuary rental (including side rooms): $1000

Sound technician: included

Keyboardist: $150

Janitorial: included

Commercial Kitchen

 

The Kitchen is outfitted with a commercial stove with 12 gas tops and 3 full size gas ovens.  A commercial dish washing station with separate sinks for plates and utensils.  Ample counter space is available and two large serving areas serving the gymnasium/fellowship hall.

 

Rates for kitchen use only: $500

Deposit: $250 (to be returned after cleaned up)



* Kitchen to be cleaned and organized as it was prior to use.  Should additional cleaning or replacement of items need to be done, proportional deposit will be withheld.

Gymnasium/Fellowship Hall

 

The Gymnasium/Fellowship is duly suited for serving groups upwards of 180 people.  Round and rectangle folding tables and metal folding chairs on a tan and burgandy plastic gym floor.



Rates for Gymnasium/Fellowship area: $500

- Includes tables and chairs

* Does not include paper products, table cloths, eating and serving dishes or utensils, punch bowls, ladles, decorations or other church owned kitchen items.  All supplies for the reception must be provided by the wedding party and removed at the end of the reception.
